BD is the creation of CEO Helen Tiffany, who in 2001 wanted to create a training company that offered that ‘little bit more’. It was formed in response to a real need in the market – for an independent, agile company that offered end to end solutions – and most importantly – one who would inject passion into learning.

Through our sister company – The Coach House – we provide executive and board level coaching, as well as team coaching and coach training programmes and workshops.
These in-house coach training programmes and courses are designed to meet the growing demand for high quality coaching and coaching skills, which are increasingly recognised as business essentials.
In addition to the above, The Coach House delivers a 60-hr coach training programme, accredited by the Association for Coaching and the International Coaching Federation. The Coach House also delivers personal coaching at executive and board level.
