Helen is the founder and managing director of Bec Development & The Coach House, our coach training arm.
Her original vision was to create a training consultancy that provided that little bit more, and to approach learning with passion and energy not process. The company now supplies its services to some of the most prestigious organisations in the UK, as well as delivering coaching and coach training through The Coach House.

Joanna Head – Operations Manager, PA to Helen
As Helen’s PA and Operations Manager at Bec Development, Joanna looks after all of the day to day operations, making sure that everything runs smoothly. She manages all of the client contracts, accounts, training schedules and most importantly makes sure that Helen knows where she needs to be and when.
Bridget Stanley – Programme Director
Bridget spent 19 years in the exciting world of media working for household names across digital, out of home, influencer and the agency world, before deciding to concentrate and make a career out of the part she liked the most – people development.
As well as her role as our Programme Director, her experience both professionally and personally (mum of two) brings a unique perspective and authenticity to her coaching work.
Lucy Goldsworthy – Team Co-ordinator
Coming from a marketing background in financial services Lucy brings to Bec Development that client service approach and attention to detail that helps deliver above and beyond . Responsible for running the logistics behind all the training workshops that Bec delivers, she ensures that our clients receive a seamless process from booking through to delivery. Lucy loves a list and an excel spreadsheet!
