EXPERIENCED COACHES

Our coaches work with executives, managers and teams across the country and in a range of businesses and organisations, helping people develop the skills, abilities and the mindset to get the most from their careers.

Every Bec Development coach has:

• at least 5 years experience within a commercial environment
• a minimum of 200 hours coaching
• regular personal coaching supervision
• recognised accreditation*.

All our coaches have recognised accreditation from the Association for Coaching (AC), the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a coaching qualification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), or a recognized university course.

Each step along the way is carefully planned and thoughtfully delivered.

Alongside their experience, our coaches have the real world business presence and know how, and the robust competencies to both support you – and challenge you when necessary.
