Every Bec Development trainer has:

• at least 5 years experience within a commercial environment

• worked with senior people within organisations

• ongoing CPD.

Learning can be delivered as short sessions, day and half-day workshops.

Course length will influence the detail and amount of practical work, but will always contain the most relevant key take-aways.

Smaller groups work well and help with engagement – so we design sessions around a maximum of 8 to 12 people for much of what we offer.
