Our coaching and coach training business is hiring a training coordinator
The Coach House is a fast growing coach training company based in West Sussex. We run a prestigious certificate in coaching programme, alongside coaching workshops for leaders and one-to-one executive coaching. We work with a broad range of global organisations and we are currently expanding.
The role of training coordinator is critical to the smooth running of the business. This person is responsible for preparing all programme materials, liaising with the training team and with the clients to ensure brilliant service from booking to feedback.
It is essential to have at least 2-3 years admin experience. You need to be confident talking to clients and our associates via phone, email and face-to-face, and actively take part in weekly meetings.
Being able to put forward ideas and see them through is very much part of our culture along with listening to each other and to our clients.
Salary: Negotiable
Hours: Part time, approx. 25 hours per week, flexible working hours
