Green shoots?

As we are hearing the government talking about recovery in the economy, recruitment picking up and training budgets being reinstated, we ask ourselves what next on the agenda post credit-crunch.  We see employees struggling with motivation, managers trying to increase performance without incentives, and L&D professionals looking for answers without breaking the bank.
