New Workshops from Bec Development

There are times when you either don't have enough people to create an in-house course or when you want your staff to learn with a mix of people and have the opportunity to network.

Bec Development open workshops provide a range of courses from coaching training to sales and negotiation and everything in between that looks at communication in the workplace. Each workshop is designed to cater for small groups to enable us to give your people the individual time they need and to allow for rich discussion.

We contact you beforehand to find out what you need to achieve on the course and the trainer builds the personal objectives into the content of the day. All our workshops have a mix of activities, discussions and exercises rooted in relevance, reality and practicality.

After the course we stay in contact to find out what you have changed, what is working and to identify next steps.
