Managers toolkit

The idea for this service came from you, the manager. Often at the end of workshops people would ask us if we had a template for a job description, information on having difficult conversations or the recommendation of a good book on time management. So we decided to build the managers toolkit.

This area is for managers who want to put best practice in place but don’t always have the time to create something new. It’s also for those of you who want to learn more about a subject but don’t know where to start.

The aim is to provide practical downloads that you can use right away and further information on current topics so you can get started.

The site is organised into several topic areas and within each one you can chose to:

Know More-download info, see book lists, links to other websites, or

Do More- download templates to create appraisal forms, interview questions, session plans for team meetings etc.

Every month there are new downloads and if there is something you would like to see then we will do our best to respond and make something that does the job.
