Helen is the founder and managing director of Bec Development. She is also the Association for Coaching, Joint Vice Chair, the largest coaching body in the UK.
Her vision was to create a training consultancy that provided that little bit more, and to approach learning with passion and energy not process.
10 years on and the company has developed into supplying consultancy services to some of the most prestigious companies in the UK.

Joanna has a proven background in project management. Before starting at Bec Development, she spent seven years working in the promotional products industry as General Office and Production Manager, ensuring clients briefs were fulfilled and delivered on time.

Sarah works bringing new clients to the table along with developing and managing existing client relationships. She has over a decade of client services experience and has worked within a variety of industries including telecoms and publishing.

Before joining the Bec Development team Charlotte worked for a pre-employment screening company, specialising in the pre-employment checks for new employees of leading investment banks and high street banks. She headed a team of 10 and remotely managed a team of 13.
