We provide two types of training: in-house courses and open workshops.

Our in-house training is built around what you tell us you need, whether its business communications training or presentation skills.

We help you identify the strengths and development areas for each group and tailor the course content to ensure that each delegate and the group as a whole leave the course satisfied.

Our programme of open workshops offers companies the chance to take advantage of the range of courses we run whilst having the added benefit of meeting new people, networking and catering for the time when you only have a couple of people who need that training.

Management development

Leadership development

In the last few years there has been an emphasis on leadership behaviours rather than skills and we have extended our range of services to reflect that.

360 feedback - creation of questionnaires, collation of data and provision of rich feedback for individuals and teams.

Psychometric profiles - our practitioners can offer MBTI, OPQ, FIRO-B and the Saville Wave as tools to identify strengths, preferences and traits for how your leaders work to enhance their self-awareness and to challenge their ways of working.

Leadership Development and Assessment Centres - using a mix of interviews, group exercises, presentations and psychometrics we create a comprehensive way to identify and develop your new generation of leaders.

Coaching - our qualified, experienced coaches bring insight, experience and challenge to leaders wanting to personally and professionally develop. The sessions are goal-oriented and linked to the business objectives. It can help a new leader step up into a role, established directors find a new lease of life and top talent make decisions about where next.

Facilitation

Sometimes what your company needs is the ability to look at a problem or situation objectively, dispassionately and without judgement. This is where using an external facilitator can really make an impact. We facilitate board meetings, strategy days, idea creation, development days and internal change.

Organisational development

Bec Development can create competency frameworks that will enhance your recruitment and selection process, improve your appraisal system and link back into your succession plans. We can find out what your training priorities are through surveys and focus groups, and help you go through change at critical times.

Self-train packages
