What is coaching

We implement coaching programmes for companies, train managers to coach and provide one-to-one performance coaching for those seeking to improve and change.

It is a great way to accelerate learning because it deals with specific, current issues and focuses on the way ahead. It’s an excellent way to take stock before making important decisions about career, life, relationships.

Coaching can happen one to one or in teams. In most one to one settings people want to focus on achieving a goal and work on their personal effectiveness so they can get new and better results at home or at work.

When we coach teams we work on issues like, team dynamics, accountability and focus on solving current issues to improve performance.

But most of all you get time to reflect and gain new perspective in a world that seems to want us to work faster, harder and achieve more- or is that just me?
