How we work
Most people you meet would like to improve some element of their life; relationships, work issues, confidence or sometimes a very specific skill. Coaching helps that person achieve their goals, make changes and create new behaviours that improve their performance.
In each session we work with the client to help them define their goals; uncover blocks to change and challenge current thinking to improve performance. Clients use the time to figure things out, have a non-biased sounding board and to find new ways to achieve their business and life aims.
The first step is to find the right coach to work with; we do this by having a short telephone conversation followed up with a chemistry meeting. Once we have established the right fit we contract with you or your company to agree on goals.
Its hard to put a definite time on how long the coaching might take, so we review as we go along to make sure you spend your budget wisely, whilst getting results.
Most of our clients are busy people, so we don't mind being flexible and giving them the option of meeting in person or coaching on the phone.
