Outplacement and career coaching

Throughout the years outplacement services have been used for senior managers and directors when facing redundancy or the ending of a career, and it was mainly offered to the select few.

Now we have a new generation of managers and executives who move more often and need help transitioning from one role to another and if we are to believe that things are unlikely to improve over the coming months then we may be seeing more redundancies. This means giving our employees help even though they are leaving and by doing that creating a positive employer brand.

Our outplacement package is designed to help people achieve one/some of the following:

Career coaching

For those wanting to step up to a new role, find new paths in their existing company or wanting to review their work/life balance then we offer Career Coaching in the form of two-hour sessions.

These can be booked by individuals or by companies and are priced according to the level of work required and the number of sessions.

Turnaround coaching - Exclusive one off sessions

Getting value from a coach doesn't have to mean signing up for a long term programme of in depth sessions.  Sometimes we just have an issue or challenge that would benefit from some external input; from someone that doesn't have a stake in what is going on, and isn't embroiled in internal politics. 

There is no denying that the current climate is testing our management and leadership skills to the full.   What challenges are live for you?
