This psychometric can work well as a stand alone tool or can work equally well in conjunction with MBTI.

It can help you look at an individual’s aptitude and preference towards solving problems and exploiting opportunities. It can work well as a recruitment tool along with team assessment and also as part of a change programme.

People complete the ME² questionnaire and we then give them feedback either one-to-one or in teams.
