Roger has worked in four major companies across three different sectors and in three different countries. He has been responsible for talent management and leadership development in a FTSE 100 multinational pharmaceutical organization and has worked with individuals from a broad range of disciplines including finance, human resources, strategy, engineering, quality and compliance. He has also worked with individuals in technology, sales, events management and also new entrepreneurs. His personal line business roles have been with Big 5 Accounting / Consulting, Banking and Pharmaceutical companies.
Roger has an informal yet very professional style. Gills early career was in leading London advertising agencies, where she was an account planner, responsible for research and brand strategy development. In 1994 she became a founding partner of Visionpoint, a market research and brand consultancy, working with a very diverse range of client companies.
Gill is Head of Marketing and a Council Member of the Association for Coaching UK.

As a working mum with two young children she is passionate about women and men maintaining their confidence, talents and skills during times of transition and change. Amy started her career in Human Resources over 15 years ago and had worked mainly within the media sector. She has spent the last 6 years working as a facilitator/trainer and more recently a coach.
In 2001 she worked for MTV where she managed the training and development initiatives for 700 staff across the UK. Achievements included redesign and management of development programmes, roll out of personal development and launching a company-wide buddy scheme
On her return she worked for Channel 4 where she supported the learning and development needs for 350 staff to maximise performance through an individual and team focus. She worked closely with Heads of Departments to create tailored development plans and deliver training interventions.
Amy’s experience includes delivering strategy and development days, coaching, management development, tailored workshops, mentoring programmes and talent management schemes.
Since leaving Channel 4 in 2009 she now has a family of 2 boys, returned to MTV as a consultant and is currently a freelance facilitator for media organisations.
Her approach is described as thought provoking, challenging, down to earth and honest. She ensures delegates focus on their live issues so that by the end of a session they feel confident to make a significant change.
Amy’s training and qualifications include a certificate in Leadership and Executive Coaching, Myers Briggs Accredited Practitioner and an Associate member of CIPD.
Following her time at MTV she took the opportunity to spend 6 months working in Vietnam, teaching in Australia and bit of time for relaxation and travel.
